This isnt something that I thought would or should be shared on this podcast. But I felt the need to spread now just a message but an experience that has not been spoken on too much lately, but the condoning of violence has. This isnt just a way to overcome through just laughter but all as an example. Respect is earned but also first built within you. Love, first has to be learned from inside you, and loving yourself first. Build the village to stand for something or fall for anything.
